In the winter months some trains on the Ennstal line receive an additional engine to minimize the wheel slip in the snow. On January 11th, 1144.111 was designated for this service and is seen here heading the IC 512 reversible composition whilst crossing the bridge over the Salzach shortly before reaching Bischofshofen station.
