SNCF infra BB8556-CN2 (SNCF infra BB8500)

The BB8556-CN2 "Chasse Neige" go to assure the service for the winter in the Pyrenees. It took to line in unique track from Portet St Simon to Latour de Carol-Enveitg.

This engine, and CN1 are the lastest units of the serie to continue the service since the retire from service of the other units of BB8500 during October 2017.

That's the special equipement for snow plowing which has preserved these 2 units, CN1 and CN2 from the retirement.

As you could see, there is a "spanish" wire support in background.
