Long shadows already fall into the Rižana valley when a 541 SŽ crosses the dam at Hrastovlje station with a container train to Koper. The village Dol, the railway station and the village Hrastovlje (right in the foreground) catch a few sunbeams before it gets dark. At this point the train has already lost 200 meters of altitude since passing the photo point about 10 minutes before.
