Here´s one from August this year (2018):
Early morning train, one of three of the Vlexx-trains to go through from Alzey to Frankfurt am Main in the morning leaving the village of Armsheim on it´s way to Mainz and Frankfurt on August 23rd, 2018.
After the sun had refused to shine some days before, this was my second attempt this year to capture the beautiful image with the impressive gothic church of Armsheim and the wide countryside of Rheinhessen, the biggest wine-growing area in Germany.

Zwei Vlexx-622.4 unterwegs von Alzey nach Frankfurt am Main beim Verlassen des Ortes Armsheim in Rheinhessen.
Vlexx bietet drei tägliche Zugpaare von Rheinhessen bis Frankfurt, inzwischen eine stark nachgefragte Verbindung.
Diese Stelle bietet das beste Licht am Morgen, bis die Sonne im Zenit steht.
Hinter dem Triebwagen erkennt man die Trasse der Strecke nach Bingen. Armsheim ist der Trennungsbahnhof.
