HŽ Cargo 1141.202 (HŽ Cargo 1141)

Two isolated shelves with a typical Italian shape seem to have been left on purpose to remind us when on the Rijeka-Zagreb the overhead line was powered at 3 kV DC thanks also to the Plase power station visible on the right.
Since December 2012, with the conversion to 25 kV AC of the residual section from Moravice, the HŽ series 1061 (similar to FS series E636) have given way to the HŽ series 1141.
Here is a pair of HŽ Cargo 1141 showing the recent livery change in progress at the head of a homogenous freight of E wagons uphill from the bulk dock of Buccari in the direction of Ogulin.
