Golden spring evening light at Grandfey: The mighty Grandfey viaduct crosses the Saane river - which is here dammed to lake Schiffenen - near Fribourg. The actual bridge dates from 1925-1927 and replaces an old steel bridge from the 1860ies. Their pilars were complete included in the rebuilt bridge. A RABe 515 trainset of operator BLS is crossing the viaduct as S1 15175 in golden evening light.
